We Can Help Today!

If you’ve had an accident late at night, we won’t be able to replace your glass immediately. In this case, we will board up your window with plywood boards to maintain security, and arrange for the glass to be fitted once it is available. We operate a 24-hour rapid-response Hawick boarding-up service, to give you peace of mind when you need it most. We can also board-up large Hawick commercial premises when the owner has vacated the building, or is in the process of a large-scale refurbishment, where the building needs to be protected against squatters and other intruders. All boarding-up jobs in Hawick and the local area include a free quote on replacement glass if required.

Hawick Glazing Testimonials

Customer Name: John R. Davis.
I wish to thank two of your staff for the very professional manner in which they dealt with the emergency call-out to my property. Firstly the lady who took my initial telephone call, whose name I believe was Kerry. She listened carefully to my problem and then proceeded to offer a solution giving detailed information on how to solve it. She was polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable.
Secondly to the engineer, Tim Friedenheim, who arrived at the agreed time and immediately got on with the job. He to was extremely polite, courteous and fully understood what needed to be done to resolve the problem.
I have been involved with the training of customer service to both domestic and international companies within the United Kingdom and the USA and it always stands out when excellence is achieved in this field.

Example Of Our Glass Services

Glass Bends
Glass bends are specially manufactured, and are most common in shop fronts, or similar commercial enterprises. In order for the glass to be bent, it must be heated very close to it's melting point. It is then fed through a machine that creates the glass bend using a pre-defined gradiant. Once this process is complete, the glass is usually chemically toughened, as the glass is not suitable to be toughened with heat, as the glass does not lie flat.
